Our History
Yellowstone offers a combined 110 years of experience in the waste management, chemical and oil and gas industries. Past operations include, solids and waste management, specialty chemical solutions, D&C management and site supervision for high-profile projects across the world. Our knowledge covers not only engineering and operations but supply chain and logistics, with years of management experience across virtually every part of the globe, including; North & South America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Our Team
Shawn Tivadar
41 years experience
Shawn’s strong business ethics and non-compromising standards have earned him a reputation of being a solid, exceptional construction and drilling/completions manager. Having started in the oil and gas business while he was still in high school, he has been exposed to rigorous challenges and hurdles. With over 35 years’ experience and having worked locally and internationally since 1980, most notably 18 years in the Middle East and North Africa, he has experience both on and off shore. Shawn values team work and acts as a strong mentor and coach for junior team members. He understands the value of capital efficiency and execution excellence, which drives Shawn to deliver the best possible product and results to the end user. Shawn does not compromise with regards to HSSE and regulatory requirements and, consequently, has a strong understanding and track record on how a safe operation will in turn be an efficient operation.
Jeremy Sadleir, P.L. (Eng.)

Jeremy has extensive drilling & completions engineering and operations experience across North and South America. Having engineered and worked some of the highest-profile plays on the continent Jeremy understands planning and execution. He recognizes capital demands and the importance of delivering safe, efficient operations. His skillset spans engineering, operations, and supply chain, which affords him a unique perspective to help deliver the highest value. He puts a high importance on ethics and morality which helps build a strong level of trust with everyone he works with. Jeremy’s safety record is second to none. He understands that by combining uncompromising safety with efficient operations he can deliver the most cost-effective wells and projects. Jeremy’s drive for continuous improvement is a big part of what differentiates him from his peers. He strongly believes in pushing the boundaries and constantly optimizing operations.
Reg Massie

Reg’s core values along with his strong beliefs in ethics, integrity, and pride in one’s work fits in parallel with Yellowstone’s vision. With over 3 decades of progressive experience in supervision within Drilling & Completions with a specialized skill set within Offshore Deep Water. Reg has continuously stood for uncompromising standards in HSE to achieve the most efficient and cost-effective operations both on and offshore. Reg has always been dedicated to work with his teams to be able to attain the highest levels in achieving excellence in program execution along with applying engineering direction to practical solutions. His career has span both locally and internationally in some extremely challenging environments from Canada to the Far East to Kazakhstan to North Africa to South America to the Gulf of Mexico and the Northwest Territories. Reg believes that good planning, engineering, and design coupled with honest communication is fundamental to achieving success for his clients.
